Self Massage

Full body massage, as well as facial massage, are very beneficial for blood circulation and skin appearance.

Before starting the massage it is very important that the face and hands are clean.

Choose an oil, cream, or mask that suits the nature of the massage and the therapeutic purpose, it will help your massaging fingers to slide comfortably on the skin.

After a shower massage, sit comfortably, you may prefer half sitting/lying on a soft pillow. Have a comfortable time.

Few notes.
