So, how should you use it? Good question!!

Essential oils should not be used neat (or directly) on the skin. Lavender essential oil is a very mild essential oil which doesn’t cause irritation or sensitivity from any kind. It is also allowed to be used on babies (it should be diluted in a carrier oil like almond oil in a 1: 1 ratio). You can put 3-5 drops to vaporiser or steamer to spread throughout the room. If conditions of a cold, you can put one drop on the shirt and just breathe it in.

Lavender oil is great by itself. But it can be combined with other essential oils. Oils that blend well with lavender are bergamot, orange, clementine, patchouli, sage, marjoram, and rosemary.

Only Health!

For any question and advice, I am available.

Lavender is the only essential oil that is allowed to be applied directly to the skin without dilution in carrier oil but with babies in particular, children in general you will be extra careful. In case of a burn, don’t hesitate and apply a drop of Lavender directly on the burnt area.

Its magical.
