THE SKIN
Our skin is the largest organ in our body. It’s a protection barrier between the body and the world. The skin frames our body and known as the mirror to health within. It has an important function of regulating the temperature of our body thanks to the sweat glands it contains, it also helps our body releasing toxins.
Caring for your skin, not for esthetic reasons but also get to know it as it will tell you the condition of your body within.
The skin comprises three main layers which include the Epidermis, Dermis, and Hypodermis.
The skin renews itself every 4 weeks (and more when we get older) by producing new cells which push away the old, dull ones from the surface of the skin (they are now dead skin cells) and the fresher cells are exposed to the air.
It’s only making sense that all systems bind together, working in perfect synergy. Metabolism will affect the renewal of new skin cells, hyperpigmentation will notify us about hormonal changes or “punish us” for not protecting it from the sun.
Maintain a weekly routine will help you get to know yourself better and will make your skin look its best.
The skin of the face is thinner than the rest of our bodies. As we age, our skin becomes thinner and dryer. Therefore we should provide it with the right protection and moisture, antioxidants, and nutrient. Routine may vary from one season to another and to the different skin types.

5. Protect from the sun!
Protection from sunlight is also extremely important in preventing the signs of skin aging. Avoid as much sun exposure as possible and ensure proper protection from it.
The skin ages due to cumulative sun exposure and over the years. Signs of aging can be seen in areas more exposed to the sun like the face and palms more signs of aging like wrinkles, various lesions (to be checked) as opposed to less exposed areas that are kept young-looking until later in life. Our body and, among other things, our skin regenerates during sleep. Rest is extremely important for many processes in our body and there are many studies that talk about the effect of sleep on the level of concentration (mental function), mood and proper functioning in all body systems. After a straight year you will look fresh and carefree. Many studies have been done in which people feel and look more attractive after a good night’s sleep. There is no doubt that when we feel good we transmit well and look even better.
It is important to remember that during sleep the body excretes toxins through sweat so it is important for us to gently cleanse our skin even in the morning.
7. Give up smoking!
Smoking damages many all body systems. Smoking is unhealthy, toxic, and extremely harmful. it’s clear!
The effect of smoking on the skin accumulates and there is no going back. Therefore we will always prefer to avoid and give up smoking and it is better one hour earlier. In smokers after the first decade and a little more, you can notice wrinkles around the mouth that are formed from the repetitive smoke suction movement. Smoking narrows the small blood vessels and therefore reduces blood flow to the skin.
The supply of oxygen to the skin is necessary for its regeneration. What’s more, smoking itself releases free radicals that impair the structure of the match, impairing the production of protein, collagen, and elastin. Smokers’ skin will be thinner, slightly grayer, with a tendency to become dehydrated and weakened (it will be difficult to recover from an injury or cut) as smoking also impairs the metabolism in our body.
In addition absorption of vitamin C which is an important antioxidant and other vitamins. All this and more: yellow teeth, bad smell, and harmful to the environment.
8. Water
No water, no life! Water is extremely important for all the processes that take place in our bodies. The smart machine in the universe. Healthy and vital-looking skin needs multiple drinks of about 2.5 liters a day. The skin is the first in the body organs to dry out and these marks appear as wrinkles and sagging skin and the last organs to get water. That is why a constant supply of water is extremely important to us. Keep in mind that our body contains about 60% water. 30% of the skin is water that contributes to the volume and elasticity of the skin.
